I had a truly unacceptable experience with Dr. Brandon Hoe. He operated on the wrong tooth — a serious and careless mistake. He initially admitted to the error and apologized, but when I requested a refund, he completely reversed his story and denied any wrongdoing. This kind of dishonesty and lack of professional accountability is shocking. I’m now left dealing with unnecessary damage and expenses due to his negligence. For my more than 30 years life, this is the very first time I feel comfortable to visit a dentist after visiting gentledentistry clinic!
