The receptionist and hygienist were excellent, professional. My experience with Dr Nikki, however, was disappointing. On two visits she confused me with my husband and did not confirm my details before starting. She also assumed I had lactose intolerance, which I don’t, and provided a treatment plan without showing me my x-ray. Most concerning was that she opened my baby’s pram without permission after I had said he was sleeping.
