Absolutely phenomal experience. I've been struggling to find a good laundromat that offers same day service with a drop off. Exceptional experience from start to finish. Everything was folded nicely and neatly. I was in NY for CE and needed a couple outfits cleaned and thank goodness they had such quick service, saved me for the last day of the trip. Highly recommended to anyone who wants actual good service at a fair price. Give them a shot, I can guarantee you won't be disappointed in the experience.
To preface, this is regarding the wash & fold service. I want to acknowledge the customer-interfacing staff is friendly and super helpful / on-point. Kudos to them! I’ve been dropping wash & fold close to two years here. And! If you show up at 11a, you can do same day pickup in the evening! Yay! Unless you show up at 11a and then between weighing/processing other customers, it’s now 11:02am and you’re stuck with incremental fees for same day pickup. Seamless professional same day drop off service here. I love the quality and attention to detail that the employees are putting in. Management is doing a wonderful job on constantly upkeep the store and updating to the latest and greatest.
