I had a horrible experience at this laundromat last Saturday. I brought in 8 small loads of laundry, 3 loads did not go in a dryer, yet I paid over $90.00 for those 8 small loads. That same amount of laundry costs $55.00 to clean and dry at another laundromat in the area. I had to wipe clean the glass and rubber on all the washers I used with Clorox wipes I had in my car. I recently visited Gentle Wash Laundromat and had a wonderful experience! The facility was clean, the machines were easy to use, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the convenient location and affordable prices. I highly recommend Gentle Wash Laundromat for all your laundry needs!

Been coming here for years. Lots of machines. Always very clean. Amazing staff. And is the most affordable place in East Village. I love this place so much. Their laundry service is also really great and always reliable.
