If I could give no star I would. In the beginning 2024 Dec. 5 my mom had blood bleed in brain . I didn't think she was going to make it. But She did . This hospice was good Only one nurse said to say Mrs Francis She really care about her people. My mom remain on hospice tell today I parted this company. Why Mrs Francis Retired. Then all hell brake loose they suppose visit no show. Oh you have beg for equipment etc. And most important. When nights on weekends. You need a Nurse. I can not say enough great things about Gwenn, Rhonda, Katrina, Aubrey, and Rebecca, as well as Ms Gwenn’s Sister whom is the office manager. Please forgive me as I don’t remember the office manager’s name. Gwenn is professional 100% but also down to earth and talks to you real and honest. We had a birthday party for Mom. Ms. Gwenn came to the party and made Mom’s day! Ms. Gwenn mentioned on day one that she is here for us anytime we need her.
