4/23/25 Been coming here since my child was 12 whose now 21. What a disappointment in scheduling and staffing. Some staff are nice but others stuck up. Many things have changed to my liking. And I'm no longer happy here. Thinking to go somewhere else where it's less stressful. I love the way Jayla and Jess are with my son when he comes to his appointments. They are so patient with him
Time management is so horrible. They never answer the phone, it’s rarely any workers, and they always are rough
I highly recommend. Always in and out and nice people
Prices they ask you to pay are $80 higher per month than advertised. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone in office. I called one day to report an issue, then was told to email them. They gave me the wrong email (I repeated each letter and number as they said them to me). I called back and no one picked up. I got a call the next day, she told me I had the wrong email address so I said huh that’s strange but ok, please read the correct email to me so I can send over the pricing issue.
