I cannot say enough about Ms. Monica who took my blood today. I have horrible experiences with phlebotomists between never finding a vein and blood draw anxiety in general, so getting my blood taken is always scary for me. Between my initial inquiry and the actual blood draw, Monica was so incredibly kind, supportive, informative, and on TOP of it. Monica was absolutely amazing. She is so good at what she does and wonderful with children. She was able to find our 1 year old's veins and make it as seamless (no tears) as possible. She was also invaluable in making sure our script reflected the correct test numbers and she spent time prior to our appointment following up with Labcorp via phone. I highly recommend!
