No update from this company since they "Temporarily Closed" back in December. Don't think they realise that customers would choose to stay with the clinic if they did a better job at actually letting us know what's going on. Phone line is disconnected as is the website. They're also not replying to emails...what do they expect us to think?
Update: according to the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement this business has closed and/or has filed for bankruptcy meaning they are lying when they’ve posted being temporarily closed and will not get a refund or receive services. I bought a package of sessions and have used about half. I had an appointment booked in December and went in only to be informed no appointments were happening because of a break in. This clinic has been closed since Dec and I am so disappointed because like many others, I bought a package of sessions. I now am very unhappy that I am going through events that I wanted this treatment for and there has been no communication whatsoever. I’ve tried emailing and calling many times and even went to the store to see if they were just not calling me back. So disappointing and I hope they get back to us ASAP.
Clinic is closed since December. NO communication. NO Refund. NO Service. NO update on reopening.
