An employee brought a patient into the clinic for an appointment and was very helpful and provided exceptional care throughout the whole time. It was evident the patient was pleased with the healthcare professionals attention to detail.
Had surgery in Cincinnati and used Gentle Touch home care for eight weeks. I had never used a home care agency until then. They were excellent and would be hard to find another agency that is so caring. All the workers and owners Nicole and Terrell were wonderful professional, and always there when you need them. Never a problem very flexible. They all show kindness and compassion. Such nice people I can’t say enough good things about them all.
Truly a gentle touch from a home health company that cares. This is a small home health care company that addresses the individual needs of its clients with an extremely high level of care and with the utmost professionalism. My mom has been using home health care for the past year.
