Scheduled my teacup Shih tzu for a “tidy floof” because his normal groomer’s availability is wonky. Upon entering the facility I was immediately disgusted with the odor and lack of cleanliness. I cancelled the appointment and have no regrets. Maybe they do a fantastic job grooming but the odor and unkempt quarters were enough for me to exit without any services rendered. Did a walk in for nail trim on my dog. In and out in 10 minutes! The ladies were perfect! Thank you very much!
This place never answers their phone. We got used to leaving voicemails and waiting the several days for someone to call us back and give us an appointment time for our dog to get groomed. This last time it had been a week since we left our voicemail with no call back. So I figured I’d stop in person to make the appointment. The one lady who was there was rude the entire time.
