We have been patients of Dr. Gollapalli since she started her practice at the current location. I can't think of a better term than "gentle touch" to describe her techniques and procedures. She professionally and thoroughly explains her diagnosis and presents her recommended options in easy to understand terms which enable the patient to make an intelligent decision. The Gentle Touch staff, both front office and dental technicians/assistants, are personable, helpful and efficient.

I am ashamed to say that up until going to Gentle Touch Family and Cosmetic Dentistry on Plank Road, I was afraid of the dentist. Dr. Gollapalli was very helpful in getting me over my fear. Throughout my first appointment she was very open and honest explaining everything that she was doing and not asking me questions I couldn't answer when her hands were in my mouth (I hate that). Dr Gollapalli is the greatest. My dentist retired, so I was on the hunt for a new one. After trying 2 others, I found Dr Gollapalli. She has the most gentle way with a needle. I was floored how easy it was. She is a caring doctor and looks out for her patients. Her staff is great also. That's very important to me.

I highly recommend Dr. Gollapalli. When you choose Dr. Gollapalli, as you dentist, the first thing you notice is that she cares about her customers, you're not just a "pay check".
