It has been years since I've felt this light. I went to Dr. Hockstra at the recommendation of another body worker to release my left hip and right foot. I wasn't sure what to expect, or why one of the best physical therapists in the DC area would recommend me to another practitioner... but I woke up feeling fantastic. Like I wasn't carrying weight around anymore. The recommendation was quite right. Thank you Dr. Hockstra and Brianne!

Dr. Hockstra is fantastic. He took the time to learn about my sports and medical history, as well as my movement preferences, and used all of that to create a holistic approach to our session. He asked thoughtful questions about what I hoped to get out of the session and what hasn’t worked for me in the past, which I really appreciated.
