I was able to book on their website. I received reminders before my appointment. I was called in at my appointment time and was out in 10 minutes. Phlebotomist was excellent. Rest of staff were very friendly. I’ll be going there again when I need blood taken.
Booked online - 2 minutes . Arrived at clinc 3 minutes before booked appointment and was in car in parking lot 7 minutes later. The girl taking the blood was friendly, personable and professional . I know we can get it done for free but for 9 minutes of my time … come on??!! My last 2 experiences with Major Path clinic included 30 minutes on phone holding ( just to book) …online was not working the the software company who runs it is in Ireland and they have still not got back to my request 9 months ago…..then the wait insid... read more
Had the blood collection done at home today and it was very convenient and only $40. 3 vials and it took not even 20 seconds. Great service
I attended their office on Paton Street. It was a tiny bit hard to find - it’s inside an office for a fertility clinic. Parking is tough for this building, too, so it’s advisable to show up a little early. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. In contrast, I would have had to wait over a month to book online in the public health system. The two women working there were incredibly kind and empathetic, and it was a very gentle procedure. Love the service. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Called when I was outside and they come out to met me. Friendly staff. Can pay by debit or credit card. Highly recommend this amazing service.
