Easy online booking - friendly helpful service- on time - quick easy and painless Was super easy to book an appointment online , managed to book the wrong kind of appointment. They noticed immediately and corrected it for me, I also showed up with no form & mailing label as I had missed the email. They were so helpful to let me email them, what I was supposed to bring and printed it for me! My first time using the in home service they offer. From booking the appt and right through the painless, friendly service, first class from beginning to end. Recommend.
I was able to book on their website. I received reminders before my appointment. I was called in at my appointment time and was out in 10 minutes. Phlebotomist was excellent. Rest of staff were very friendly. I’ll be going there again when I need blood taken.
Booked online - 2 minutes . Arrived at clinc 3 minutes before booked appointment and was in car in parking lot 7 minutes later. The girl taking the blood was friendly, personable and professional . I know we can get it done for free but for 9 minutes of my time … come on??!! My last 2 experiences with Major Path clinic included 30 minutes on phone holding ( just to book) …online was not working the the software company who runs it is in Ireland and they have still not got back to my request 9 months ago…..then the wait insid... read more
