These guys are the best! After my basement flooded I called every Home Depot, cleaning shop, etc, in Edmonton and NO ONE had any dehumidifiers available ANYWHERE. The closest available unit would be in Red Deer! They were the only ones that kept my number and as soon as one was available, they went out of their way to make sure I got it in time. Truly one of the best customer service experiences, came in clutch when I needed it the most!

My husband rented me an industrial carpet cleaner from these guys and I had an absolute ball. It is as expensive as the smaller bissel machine rentals from Rona, but wayyy less effort for a better clean!

Today...we had Simon come out to my dads house. The first visit was the basement cuz the washing machine leaked. Got it all cleaned up. But today....Simon came to clean my dads bedroom carpet. There was stains.....I was worried they wouldn't come out. Holy......not only did Simon got ALL the stains out.....the carpet looks BRAND NEW!!! I did take "before" & "after" pics I am extremely impressed!!!. I highly recommend to call "Gentle steam". Excellent job Simon!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!
