Today...we had Simon come out to my dads house. The first visit was the basement cuz the washing machine leaked. Got it all cleaned up. But today....Simon came to clean my dads bedroom carpet. There was stains.....I was worried they wouldn't come out. Holy......not only did Simon got ALL the stains out.....the carpet looks BRAND NEW!!! I did take "before" & "after" pics I am extremely impressed!!!. I highly recommend to call "Gentle steam". Excellent job Simon!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!

we feel very helpless now . we rent the machine, it works good the first day. i smelled something burned at the end of first day. but i just unplugged it and went home. the next day, we used it for about 35 minutes, then we turned off all of the switches. we unplugged one plug. then the machine caught fire. the fire truck came, carpet was burned a little. the boss called us and asked us to pay about $3500 for this damaged machine. i really think that the switches should turn off the machine. not sure what to do, today in the... read more
Incredible work. We take great pride in our 20,000sq.ft warehouse. It needed some love and cleaner floors. The team at Gentle Steam provided a prompt and reasonable quote. The team arrived a smidgen early, ready to go. The three gentlemen that worked in our warehouse were flat-out all day. No cellphones, no messing around, just good, honest hard work.
