After hours in the emergency room, our insurance told us at 3am that they could not get transport two miles back to moms assisted living before 8am. We called Gentle Ride and their price was reasonable enough that we could just pay for the transport and they arrived to the exact minute when they promised to arrive. Their equipment was professional, new and clean and their personnel were outstanding. So glad to have this resource.
