Gentle procedures was recommended to me by my doctor. "They do this all the time" was the selling point for me. Dr sing was chatty, which helped with distracting me, and kind. It was all quick and painless. No scalpel and no stiches for the win. I hardly felt the freezing and felt nothing for the procedure. I was surprised. Much better than all the stress leading up to the appointment. Great clinic!
