My 14 year old had a circumcision by Dr Hunt and I could not fault anything. Dr Hunts bedside manner was excellent, he also promptly returned a missed call regarding after care pain relief. The nurse was also very comforting towards my son, she explained about the procedure and after-care so my could understand what to expect. I would highly recommend!
We had a great experience. The procedure was simple and quick for our son. Any hesitations you might have will be eased with their professional staff.
(Vasectomy procedure). Dr Hunt and assistant were professional and personable from first contact. Any apprehension about the procedure was quickly put to rest. The “snip” was quick and painless, and there has been no excessive discomfort post (though you are advised to take it very easy for a recommended period afterwards). I’m thrilled to report that this has been only a minor inconvenience in my life (less discomfort than your annual clean at the dentist). Very happy & relieved
Rude staff. Was totally shocked how we were spoken to on multiple occasions without any warrant for it. That lady is a piece of work! To add my Sons circumcision looks terrible.
In late April 2023 I booked and took my son for a Tongue Tie procedure. Dr Hunt and his nurse, a Kiwi lady were professional, helpful and exceptionally caring. However, they promised to email me the after care procedure sheet with exercises to do while the baby recovers, but that was never received. I was also asked to register online, before the appointment, which I did and confirmed with the practice manager via a phone.
