Our experience with Dr. Mahmud Ali was extremely disappointing and distressing. He was unkind, unfriendly, and failed to explain the procedure properly before performing my son’s circumcision. His bedside manner was poor, and his approach made the entire experience deeply traumatic for my child. I found him to be impatient, rough, and lacking compassion. Dr Islam and Nurse Kelly were professional, caring and dedicated in looking after my son’s circumcision. Very quick and painless and the recovery was very smooth. Knowing that we had 24 hour care via phone was comforting too.
