Latia is very unprofessional does not follow up.
This has to be one of the worst run companies EVER!!! The manager Latia continually blames others. Horribly staffed. Wants elderly patients to forge documents stating that work was performed when it was not. Cleaning personnel never calls or shows up. When thus is mentioned Latia curses and will hang up on you.
The best in Jasper , Latia is very helpful , and epically there lab !
Gave good care but wasn’t able to be available on the agreed hours
Gentle Love And Care LLC is a wonder facility to have your love to stay and be cared for. Latia cared for my family member and she was excellent we really appreciated her patient and kindness exhibited in our time of need.
