I would give this company 20 stars if I could. I couldn't recommend them more highly. They are gentle, compassionate, available, timely, capable, and reasonable - they will move mountains to help. They truly care about people and it comes through in everything they do. They were there within a couple hours when my dad needed to go to the ER. They waited with my mother to quietly support her after they were finished transporting him and could have left, when there was a hiccup admitting him to the ER. My family used Gentle Heart for about eight months in 2024-25, to transport my wheelchair-bound father to doctors' appointments and such. We had a terrific experience -- the cost was reasonable, the transport van was very well-equipped and kept spotlessly clean, the driver was friendly and paid close attention to Dad's safety. I would not hesitate to use Gentle Heart again; the only reason we stopped was because Dad's condition changed and he no longer needed a transport van.
