Dr. E goes above and beyond. She actually called me and discussed my concerns about my dog prior to my appointment!
Absolutely the worst veterinary practice we ever used. I could write a book !! Don't walk away... RUN! I'm not only mentioning the astronomical fees but also the quality of pet care. Never returing phone calls to discuss important labs. If you keep inquiring about any test , your the bad guy. If their staff makes an error , it's your fault. The Dr. has literally yelled at me over the phone.We had every test /lab / x-rays/ even paid for a specialist to come to her office to perform a needle biopsy. When I say the name of this vet is very inaccurate. (DR. EYRICH CAUSED MY DOG TO BECOME FATALLY ILL, SHE WAS FINE BEFORE THIS) Dr. Eyrich's hands weren't so gentle to my service dog named Diamond (a Teacup Chihuahua). They are horrible at returning calls, so I had to go up there to schedule my dogs appointment. Dr. E. didn't perform any blood work on Diamond she lied in my dog's medical records and said that I refused blood work, Dr. E. never mentioned blood work. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL CARE!!! DR.E was great with my fur baby. Comfortable and cute rooms set up very space consciously. Toys n treats abound . I highly recommend all the staff here.
