When I say the name of this vet is very inaccurate. (DR. EYRICH CAUSED MY DOG TO BECOME FATALLY ILL, SHE WAS FINE BEFORE THIS) Dr. Eyrich's hands weren't so gentle to my service dog named Diamond (a Teacup Chihuahua). They are horrible at returning calls, so I had to go up there to schedule my dogs appointment. Dr. E. didn't perform any blood work on Diamond she lied in my dog's medical records and said that I refused blood work, Dr. E. never mentioned blood work. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL CARE!!! DR.E was great with my fur baby. Comfortable and cute rooms set up very space consciously. Toys n treats abound . I highly recommend all the staff here.
Amazing. Great staff and the doc is the best. If your pet needs care do not hesitate to go see Dr. E and her staff. Professional, personal and caring. Cannot say enough about them!
Dr. E and the staff at Gentle Hands are incredible! We brought our pup in for allergies today. She had already been seen elsewhere and we had a very negative experience, so we tried somewhere new with Gentle Hands. They were very knowledgeable, walked us through everything they were checking/doing, and just overall made our experience great. Best part is, our dog finally got the correct treatment and is already doing better thanks to the people here!
