Absolutely the worst veterinary practice we ever used. I could write a book !! Don't walk away... RUN! I'm not only mentioning the astronomical fees but also the quality of pet care. Never returing phone calls to discuss important labs. If you keep inquiring about any test , your the bad guy. If their staff makes an error , it's your fault. The Dr. has literally yelled at me over the phone.We had every test /lab / x-rays/ even paid for a specialist to come to her office to perform a needle biopsy.
