Dr. E and the staff at Gentle Hands are incredible! We brought our pup in for allergies today. She had already been seen elsewhere and we had a very negative experience, so we tried somewhere new with Gentle Hands. They were very knowledgeable, walked us through everything they were checking/doing, and just overall made our experience great. Best part is, our dog finally got the correct treatment and is already doing better thanks to the people here!
Love the care that Dr. Eyrich gives my dog and very reasonable rates.
This was my first visit and everyone there was so incredibly patient and kind. They were able to get me in at the last minute when another vet wasnt equipt to handle my very nervous pupper. They were able to do everything outside to save him the stress from the unfamiliar smells inside the office and got him set up with a new (and better AND cheaper!) option for his heart/flea/tick/etc prevention, and recommended another (also cheaper) option to my dogs nightly toothbrush treats.
