Great customer service and ease when booking appointments. Everyone is very professional and attentive to one's needs.
I am extremely disappointed. I called 2 weeks ago for an appointment and gave my insurance card over the phone so they can verify. I drove from 30 min away just to be told they actually DO NOT take my insurance card and I would have to pay out of pocket. Complete waste of my time. It is not fair to the client. The lady in the front gave me a bunch of excuses about why it happened. I dont want to hear excuses. It's plain and simple. SHE NEVER VERIFIED MY INSURANCE BEFORE I CAME!!!!! PERIOD!!!!
