Gentle Giant was the right choice for our local move. Devin, Pearl and Josh were the amazing team that took care of our packing and moving, with no stress or issues at all. The entire Gentle Giant team from providing the first quote to the final walkthrough were kind, thorough, and professional. Great experience.
I hired 2 movers to move me from my family home into a 1 bedroom apartment. They brought an extra guy to help and didnt charge me. They were on time, professional, careful and very kind. They even had to drive around and wait for me while I picked up the key to my apartment and didnt end up charging me for the extra time. They also found a scorpion in my room and instead of killing it they caught it and brought it outside. Gentle is in the name! Moved from Texas to Arizona and had a great experience with Gentle Giant. There was one hiccup about delivery that was addressed immediately and professionally. I would definitely use Gentle Giant in the future.
The move took much longer than quoted due to laborers using their phones on the back stairway. Multiple pieces of furniture were damaged and the resolution is taking months.
I had the pleasure of using a Gentle Giants moving crew for a short move in Phoenix. Devin, Pearl, Anthony, Ethan and Damian were absolutely incredible. I can not thank them enough for the level of care they took with my items ensuring the safety -even though I was only moving 3 miles away. They were very efficient, polite and accommodating.
