I was very much looking forward to my move with Gentle Giant based on their reputation. The move appeared to go well and the movers were very good…however during the move a glass coffee top was shattered and 4 irreplaceable plates out of 6 were broken along with another plate. The move was a short ten minute drive from my old place…….so I was surprised by the damage.
