Absolutely amazing! Livingston has a welcoming energy and is ready to serve your rug needs. Communicates well on expectations. Accepts variety of payment options. I highly recommend Gentle Genie.
Had a 20-year-old 12 x 9 area rug cleaned. Machine made floral rug. The rug was pretty worn over the years as it was in a high traffic area. Pick up and delivery and the rug looked great upon return. Compared other vendors and while Gentile Genie’s pricing was on the high-end, it did include pick up and delivery and the service was excellent from the first contact.
