Excellent service. They explained how they clean the rugs. Pick up and delivery was an extra bonus.
All aspects of the service were excellent - from pick-up to drop-off. Great job on the rugs with cat urine smells!
I have used Gentle Genie to have my rugs cleaned before. As before, they did an excellent job cleaning my rugs. I highly recommend them to everyone wanting residue-free ultra clean rugs. Now my daughter had her rugs cleaned by Gentle Genie and they are beautiful. Like mine, hers look like they are brand new rugs. (I am posting this for her because it was my Mother's Day gift to her.) I highly recommend Gentle Genie to anyone who needs their rugs cleaned.
