I love the dentists and hygienists at gentle family dentistry so much, they've always been very kind and respectful. Dr. Rakas especially is very knowledgable and non-judgemental, answering any questions clearly and succinctly with a smile. I have always felt I was in good hands here and never felt like they were pushing me towards purchases as other dentist offices have done in the past. Overall I would recommend this location to anyone, very good small town family dentist.
We have had a terrible experience with this office. We were told my daughter needed 2 root canals. When the Dr. was working on the 2nd she then told us she x-rayed and noticed a 3rd one needed. No treatment plan was given. We were just told to come in and keep getting work done. My daughter never had any tooth pain so this came as a surprise. They would give us estimates and the bill would end up hundreds of dollars higher. We requested a new dentist in the office after the first root canal as we did not like Dr. Gates. That... read more
