My daughter has a fear of dental procedures. Dr V and especially his assistant Michaela have made her feel comfortable and lessened that anxiety. She loves how they both explain the process as it happens so she knows what to expect. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for an empathetic and knowledgeable team.
I had an emergency tooth situation. I was not their client. I got a human voice 1st ring. And very compassionate. She was able to get me right in. Dr.V & Ashley the assistant told me step by step what they were going to do or what was going to take place. The assistant was very reassuring. And even got a mediative fish video to look at it . Very relaxing. And for what need to be done very reasonable cost! Also very through with follow up care & Dr.V said to call if needed anything.
People there are friendly and do a good job but they don't value your time. My kids and I have had our appointments cancelled last minute on us more than 50% of the time over the past couple years. Four times in the past year to be exact. Seems like there is a high turnover rate amongst dental hygienists or they schedule people thinking they will hire another one in time but don't. There is typically 8 months in between cleanings instead of 6 because they are overbooked and when they cancel your appointment you have to wait ... read more
