People there are friendly and do a good job but they don't value your time. My kids and I have had our appointments cancelled last minute on us more than 50% of the time over the past couple years. Four times in the past year to be exact. Seems like there is a high turnover rate amongst dental hygienists or they schedule people thinking they will hire another one in time but don't. Nice people, but not my mouth.
They advertise accepting new patients. Called for an appointment and was told about7 months from now. Yes, 7 months! That is securing patients for the far off future, it is not accepting patients now. Very misleading. Not right. Don't question the receptionist, she gets upset with you. Don't know about the care they give but I know someone that goes there and he likes them. I went there to check my implants took trays and dentist came in looked at the trays and all he said was expensive expensive they billed me 226 .00 for nothing he told me to wear top denture I did for a whole day was really sore and painful went to see another dentist and had 3 failing implants 1 on top 2 on bottom dentist at gentle did not say one word I am not paying him for nothing now got a bill from a collections they added another 100 wow is all can say good luck with this dentist
