Had a root canal here yesterday, and the experience was much better than I expected. The entire staff was so friendly, caring, and gentle throughout the whole process! The office is very clean, modern, and welcoming. What really impressed me was that they called the next day to check on me and make sure I was doing okay! I highly recommend this office if you need a root canal or any endodontic treatment. Great staff and excellent patient care!
Bait-and-switch pricing and terrible customer service. I was originally quoted $1,000–$1,500 for my treatment. When I called to book the appointment, the receptionist (a woman) explicitly offered me a discount, confirming my total would be $1,150. I agreed and came in.At check-out, a male receptionist didn't know about the discount and charged me $1,265.
