Terrible customer service. The office staff do not want to schedule appointments for when it is convenient for you, but when the doctor they want you to see has an opening. They try and get you to keep seeing the same doctor, and that is fine, until they cannot get me in for several days because the doctor they want me to continue to see has no openings. The front desk girls are snippy, not only unfriendly, but unhelpful. Please try and find a vet, other than here, that allows the freedom of scheduling an appointment when it... read more
