Hello, I recently visited this office with my daughter for a routine cleaning. While the staff was friendly, I was surprised that the hygienist did not floss our teeth. When I asked about it, she explained that the office stopped flossing patients to prevent the spread of COVID. Given that flossing is an essential part of a dental cleaning, I believe this should be clearly disclosed when scheduling appointments so patients can make informed decisions. Had a great experience. I usually get nervous going to the dentist. My Hygienst (Lesa) always explains what’s she is doing and works with me. I had a great experience with her and Lesa answered all my questions and suggested new techniques. Definitely will be back. I have a brain injury and I was having trouble with the cold air and Lesa got me a warm blanket and talked me through the appointment and went way over and aboard.
