Terrible experience. Dentist at this location recommended twelve fillings which was a shock. I declined to have this work done, did my cleaning and left for the last time. We promptly found a new family dentist that recommended four fillings. Nearly two years passed. We received a random invoice from Gentle Dental with no description of services that were rendered. The first one that we received stated that we were "past due," but again did not tell us what services we received. That invoice was quickly sent to collections.
The staff was amazing, so nice and friendly! My children who aren’t big fans of going said it was the best experience they had at the dentist. Highly recommend!
The West Linn location is closed without notice. When somebody takes time away from work and shows up for an appointment it can be very irritating when they didn't bother to make the phone calls to cancel their patients appointments. Value our time better. This also costs us money that could have been easily resolved with a call or email. You have the system in place as I received my appointment reminder.
I loved how the whole staff made me feel since my first appointment. I had a detailed exam and Dr. Herrera explained to me what I had showing me with the x-rays and pictures. Jacky, the hygienist, not only cleaned my teeth gently but motivated me to improve my oral health. I had a very clear treatment plan with all the costs and insurance coverage for each item. They were very punctual and nice to me. I found my dentist for me and my family!
Best dentist office I have ever been to, I am extremely scared of the dentist and they made me feel comfortable sans safe Stacy is literally the best! And hands down for dentist is Dr. Herrera
