For many years I have been a happy customer, but recently they have started canceling my appointments at the last minute with no warning. They don't even call. When I got some caps put on they stuck me in an empty treatment room, stuck the caps in place, and handed me some painkillers for the pain because they'd canceled my appointment and put someone else in my place. Looking around now.
Extremely professional, super friendly and ,knowledgeable staff from the front desk to the hygienists to Doctor Ly are all top of the line. Their appointments are intelligently scheduled with very little wait time. Their office is neat and clean and Dr Ly is an excellent dentist who runs a tight ship and he is also a former military officer who proudly served our country. I am also a veteran with high expectations and those expectations were exceeded here. I highly recommend them.
This office is has the best people. Dr. Ly and staff are amazing! The work done by Dr. Ly is the best dental work I've ever gotten and I've had alot of work done.
Fabulous! Best dental office I've experienced. Everyone is upbeat, friendly, kind and yes, gentle.
