This is just a great practice. No one likes going for dental work, but I think this is as good as it gets!
Dr Richard Ly and his staff are awesome. Always on time- the best customer service.
Had my cleaning and the hygenist was very caring and professional, the cleaning was thorough and painless Dr. Ly did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done.
For many years I have been a happy customer, but recently they have started canceling my appointments at the last minute with no warning. They don't even call. When I got some caps put on they stuck me in an empty treatment room, stuck the caps in place, and handed me some painkillers for the pain because they'd canceled my appointment and put someone else in my place. Looking around now.
