I called this office today, Wednesday, September 24th, at 3:30 pm as a case manager to ask some questions on behalf of one of my clients. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist was not positive. She sounded rushed, spoke in a dismissive way, and did not make me feel welcome or respected.
I have visited many dental clinics before, but Dr. Modi is truly the best dentist I have ever met. His skills are exceptional, and he is incredibly meticulous. He always considers things from the patient’s perspective and provides the best possible treatment plan. The entire staff here is highly professional, friendly, and attentive. A special mention goes to Joselyn at the front desk—she is always so patient and genuinely looks out for the patients’ best interests. I absolutely love this dental clinic!
Awesome good for Cdcp insurance. So clean machine and kind employees, No overcharge and Dentist is very meticulous.
They double booked me. I waited an hour for my appointment and left after 1 hour. They booked me (1st appointment)and again when I showed up they were delayed. I had some xrays and left before getting any work done because the dentist didn't want to be accountable for their delays. No apologies
