Dr.Gilliard and staff were super kind. I felt important and seen. I’m pregnant and they were making sure i was comfortable in my chair. Over all i feel blessed to have found this office with this staff and Dr.Gilliard. I moved here from Raleigh NC and was nervous to start somewhere new and i can finally sit back and relax knowing they want the best for me.
I never feel like just another patient in his chair. He genuinely cares about his patients' well-being and goes above and beyond to address any issues. I highly recommend Dr. William Gilliard to anyone seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused dentist. You won't be disappointed!

Jenna is amazing. She provided me with the best experience I have had with deep cleaning. I have TMJ as well as trouble strangling. During the procedure I wasn’t uncomfortable at all. I explained my issues before she began and she listened to the concerns. I can also Dr. Williams is excellent with everything. Very patient and understanding. He as well listened when I explained this issues. Definitely recommend this team!
