This is such a good dental practice. My whole family come here and they are so professional and friendly. They provide consistent great advice.
Had two cosmetic fillings yesterday. Front teeth chipped & as a birthday treat had them done. The care & quality of their service is brilliant. It is easy to knock NHS dentists as they deal with pain. Receptionists are great & caring. The dentists listen & are so skilled.
I have been using this dentist for a while now and while I was waiting to rebook for a filling ( I couldn’t make my appointment ) I had another tooth break and the filling come out. I rang them last week and had appointment made for a few days later. So today I went and thought I would probably be referred back to have the tooth removed and have to arrange a day off etc but as soon as I arrived they prepared to do the filling on the broken tooth and fill the other one at the same time. Took me off their books for now as it’s their policy to not see patients who haven’t been seen within 2 years. Surely that reason there is why I should be seen? My last app was july 2022! I’ve only ever had yearly reminder texts that I’m due an appointment. No prior warning I’d be taken off the books if not seen within 2 years but are accepting private appointments of course. Been with this dentist over 15 years I won’t waste another penny with them.
As always brilliant staff and treatment. Wouldn't go anywhere else. 10 out of 10 all round
