Gentle Dental is THE BEST! FIVE STARS! Wonderful Place and People! I’m always made to feel very welcome by Tamerra at the front desk. Nyka the dental assistant is the sweetest. She provides a kind and calming transition into the treatment that always makes my appointments feel like a spa visit. Kim the dental therapist does phenomenal work that truly is gentle. "Save yourself the headache. I haven't been a patient at Gentle Dental in several years, but they still spam my phone with texts for cleanings. If you want them to take your number off their system and stop texting you, they force you to call the front desk—but they never pick up the phone anyway. It is an incredibly frustrating loop of bad communication. I have filed a complaint with the Oregon Board of Dentistry regarding their broken system."
Turned out better than I thought. Instructions are easy to understand and follow, and they will schedule the next appointment and I'm glad for that. One last thing I don't have to worry about. They are Gentle Dental. I'll drive the extra distance for better Dentistry. They live up to their name, Gentle Dental.
The dentist and dentist assistants are very friendly
I called and got a same day appointment for a dental emergency. Extremely kind and friendly hygienist and doctor! This kind of service generally doesn’t exist any more in Bend. I’m extremely grateful.
