I love this spa! It’s so affordable and most importantly professional and clean. My massage therapist was experienced and knowledgeable. I definitely felt relaxed and comfortable. As a new momma, it was such a treat! This spa is similar to other big “chain” spas in professionalism, cleanliness, ease of scheduling, and quality of massages but without the strict memberships and high prices. I don't live far from this plaza and I'm at Trader Joe's, the vet, and Aloha Kona frequently so I noticed Gentle Crane open up. I started following them on Instagram and checked out their website. They have a promotion for 20% off for new clients so I thought why not?! It's been years since I had a massage and my neck and shoulders have been so stiff lately. Hi, I was able to book a last-minute request for a facial and a full body massage. Amber, the receptionist was outstanding in assisting me and making a inform decisions regarding the treatment package that I was seeking for the date of my massage. (Note: it was only her second day on the job) Crystal, my masseuse; who is in the picture was outstanding. I told her what my expectations was and she met all of my expectations! Thank to all the staff at Gentle Crane Wellness Spa!

Unprofessional with scheduling. Called me 15minutes before I need to leave to my scheduled appointment and canceled. They will charge you a cancellation fee if you have to cancel, but when they cancel, just offer to reschedule with no discount or anything offered. It’s unprofessional to cancel last minute so I won’t be utilizing this spa again.

I went to get a gift for my sisters. The place is clean and welcoming. Faith, the person who assisted, us was very friendly and professional. I ended up buying a couple of massages for myself as well.
