Dr. Jerome and his nurse Claudia are truly amazing! Dr. Jerome circumcised both of our boys. our first when he was six weeks old, and now our newborn at just two weeks old. From the moment we walked in, Claudia greeted us with so much warmth and care, which instantly helped calm my nerves. The office is spotless and very welcoming. Had all three of my sons circumcisions done here. 5 stars across the board. Highly recommend I have no complaints. Everyone is really nice. The place is always clean. The doctor is amazing.
This clinic gave us one of the worst experiences imaginable. The nurses were rude and showed no compassion. During my son’s circumcision, they threatened to increase his shots to ten if he cried. The procedure was done poorly they tightened the area too much, that could not urinate for a whole entire day causing a serious infection. My son is still hospitalized, in so much pain, and his condition is not good. He has an infection in both his bladder and the circumcision site. No child should ever be treated this way. We recently took our 14-year-old son to get circumcised and were very impressed with the care he received. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff and doctor were excellent—they explained every step of the procedure in detail, including what to expect during recovery and how to manage aftercare.
