I’m still going through one of the most painful and stressful experiences of my life, and I feel completely abandoned by Dr. Pittman. At my one-month follow-up after circumcision, he told me to remove the scabs and said what I’d see underneath — the pink layer — was healed skin. I trusted him and followed his advice, but once the scabs came off, the area was moist, raw, and looked like I was back at the beginning of recovery. When I walked in, the front desk lady, Claudia, was very helpful. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable right away. On top of that, she helped me with the financing process and made it really easy, which I really appreciated. Had my 15-day-old son circumcised here in April. Alhamdulillah, he's doing well. Highly recommended! Our total time at the clinic was around 45 minutes, including about 15 minutes for the procedure itself. The procedure room is right next to the waiting area, but you won’t see the actual procedure being done. Make sure to call them before heading upstairs—they’ll prepare the room first, and then you’ll be called up when everything is ready.
