This clinic gave us one of the worst experiences imaginable. The nurses were rude and showed no compassion. During my son’s circumcision, they threatened to increase his shots to ten if he cried. The procedure was done poorly they tightened the area too much, that could not urinate for a whole entire day causing a serious infection. My son is still hospitalized, in so much pain, and his condition is not good. He has an infection in both his bladder and the circumcision site. No child should ever be treated this way. We recently took our 14-year-old son to get circumcised and were very impressed with the care he received. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The staff and doctor were excellent—they explained every step of the procedure in detail, including what to expect during recovery and how to manage aftercare. I’m still going through one of the most painful and stressful experiences of my life, and I feel completely abandoned by Dr. Pittman. At my one-month follow-up after circumcision, he told me to remove the scabs and said what I’d see underneath — the pink layer — was healed skin. I trusted him and followed his advice, but once the scabs came off, the area was moist, raw, and looked like I was back at the beginning of recovery. When I walked in, the front desk lady, Claudia, was very helpful. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable right away. On top of that, she helped me with the financing process and made it really easy, which I really appreciated. I went in there with my baby and was in and out really fast my baby even fell asleep so that made me feel secure as well the doctor handled everything including my baby with such great care I highly recommend this location
