The staff is friendly & the office is clean, but I won't be returning for the simple fact that Dr. Linda does not seem like she wants to actually help me (a WOC). I've been a patient for a few years actually because of a family referral. But as I'm getting a bit older (23 yo), I want to control my health and find doctors that I feel are compassionate and supportive, especially being a WOC (our pain is often overlooked and ignored). Not friendly over the phone. Make you wait over an hour with an appointment to be seen. Not gentle or caring about anything. Do not recommend and stay away.
The phone system sometimes is not connected so during business hours you won’t reach anyone. The front desk staff is not equipped to handle insurance issues. I was asked to come in early and then since the staff cannot manually input insurance and was having an issue with with the scanner process they had me call the billing department that’s off site and there was no answer there. Dr. Seraji is the most amazing, kind-hearted, and nurturing OB-GYN you could ever meet. I met him at the beginning of what turned out to be one of the most challenging pregnancies I’ve experienced. However, every visit to his office helped ease my fears. Month by month, he reassured me that everything would be okay. When the time came to have the baby, I was incredibly nervous.
