I go there to see nurse Linda. She is great but the receptionist, The older woman is very rude and nasty and she’s also very uninformed. She tried to charge me a no-show fee when they are the ones who called me and told me that they would have to cancel my appointment. Very rude and nasty. But this is the same OB/GYN I’ve been going to for years, So I guess I’ll put up with it until I can find someone else.

Absolutely terrible the front desk is a nightmare. They don’t take anything seriously very disappointing because it’s an extremely hard situation when you’re calling due to being uncomfortable and nobody is taking your pain seriously they do not have it together at all. They honestly don’t care and the doctor isn’t the best either none of them want to help you in any type of way shape or form there is this young girl with a raspy voice. I chose to transfer my care from this office due to ongoing communication issues and unprofessional interactions. There was a consistent lack of clear communication between the midwife and myself, and the front desk staff were often rude and, at times, not fully transparent. Even after reaching 22 weeks, I was never informed when I would meet the OB, which was concerning. Dr. Linda was absolutely wonderful with my granddaughter. She made her feel so comfortable, calm, and cared for during her visit, which means everything to us. While they don’t accept her secondary insurance and the copay is high, it is truly worth it. It’s not easy to find a doctor who is this warm, kind, and attentive these days. We are very grateful.
