I highly recommend this Vet, they have been a great help to my dogs and me, they go above and beyond to help in any way that they can! They also try to help save you money without cutting the quality of their service!
Dr. Kerri Rafuse has been treating my pet for about 10 years more or less, and she has always succeeded, so far, in diagnosis and all the recommended treatments for my pets' different conditions. I would recommend her as I have not treated with the others. I cant say all the staff is friendly, but there are one or two who are. Some of them need to smile more and relax. They seem to be too busy to be friendly and sensitive, at times. They kind of rush you out.
I love this practice and everyone there! And I am delighted that this is one Vet practice who is not afraid to tell you when your pet is getting FAT! They instilled that in me with my dogs 28 years ago when I was overfeeding my Dobermans... and I still practice it in my rescue dogs.
I've been using Gentle Care for many many years. We started just with Brandon, then Dr Cords. And now The three with Dr Kerry. The staff are amazing. Lilly loves them.
I have trusted them with my animals/children for years! Everyone there is so caring and compassionate!
Like is not enough, Love them:) Thank you for such good cares always!
