Ben came out, was on time and courteous. We had switches that didn't do anything because the outlets were connected wrong by the previous owner. He fixed 2 outlets and he didn't charge us more than the fee for coming out to troubleshoot. Highly recommend him.
Gentle Ben (It was the owner of the company) came out within 24 hours (for an additional fee). The light switch in our bathroom had stopped working. He said he could fix it for now, we had family coming to visit the next day so we were thrilled he came out & got it working (temporarily). He let us know the fix was only temporary work to give us use of the light in our only bathroom. Apparently we have aluminum wires, and that's bad.
