It really depends on which technician you get on the day but my past experiences here have been quite pleasant. I asked for a shellac with a manicure today and the nice lady helped me out with the colour and fixed one nail that needed acrylic as I had chipped it prior to coming in. The results were great and I expected the price to match the service. I also don’t like being in the chair longer than I need to be, but the lady was swift and meticulous.
Absolutely appalling service and rushed.
I've been twice. First polite 2nd time Rude. Will never go again. Really bad customer service
