My dad was in in home hospice care with Gentiva for a year and I truly don't have enough vocabulary to express the amazing care that he received. His nurse Brittoni was so incredibly thoughtful, proactive and patient with him. She communicated with us and always kept us abreast of the care he was receiving. His aid Sarah became family and Papa loved her like she was his own daughter. From the moment my Grandmother started her hospice journey, the wonderful staff at Gentiva has been there every step of the way. Whether its the the Liaison Alex, the nurses, the admin, or the Chaplain Mr.Bruce, they never allowed myself or my family members to feel like we were doing this alone. Angelica is CNA of the year in our books, and Ashley, the nurse, is too. They are dedicated, competent and compassionate health care professionals. We LOVE Gentiva Hospice @ GoodLife, always coming in with a smile, friendly, does her job with time efficiency! Always says hello nn goodbye and makes sure her person is well taken care of! Goes beyond my expectations!!!
The aide that comes to shower at GoodLife is awesome and super friendly to work with. She comes in - gets the job done doing it in an efficient and timely manner. Her personality is one you wouldn’t forget . We love Gentiva Hospice @ our facility!
