Never leave the nurses alone.... they do not do no background checks and they got thieves working for them.. .... they need to turn cameras so they don't get caught on video.... they will revoke your power of attorney for healthcare. And not even let you know about it. They put one of their friends on the power of attorney for healthcare... trying to get the patient into a self-pay nursing home. So they can get their kick back off of it, right crystal.... Then dropped patient within a week. That should be abuse of a dependen... read more
I can’t say enough about recommending Gentiva if your family ever needs hospice. My 90 year old dad developed cancer while at Presbyterian Manor and Gentiva was there every step of the way, from answering my questions, spending time with my dad, finding solutions to difficult situations, explaining things hard to understand, and coordinating care with Presbyterian Manor. I can’t thank them enough. It takes a special person to do what they do.

Our family recently lost three elderly parents in less than two weeks. Kindred Hospice was beside us every step of the way, providing compassionate, loving care to not only our elderly parents, but to us, the family. While it was a sad and difficult time, our parents were kept as comfortable as possible, and our nurses (Jordan, Felicia, and Andrea) and social worker (Nora) were available at a moment’s notice when needed. We can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend Kindred Hospice.
