Geneva Hospice was truly a godsend during one of the most difficult times in our lives. The nurses were compassionate, skilled, and went above and beyond to care for my grandmother. The team was incredibly supportive and always available to guide us. Their kindness and professionalism brought us comfort and peace. I want to express my appreciation for one of the members in the Kissimmee group, the cna, Vilma Rocen. One of the most dedicated person I have met in Gentiva. Always happy and willing to give her best. Not only with cleaning my mother but the way she treats her is like family. She is one of the few employees from a hospice that not only have sympathy, but also empathy. I hope Gentiva knows what a great asset they have, having miss Vilma Rocen working with them.
