I'll admit. I didn't know what to expect putting my mom, diagnosed with dementia, into hospice care while living in a skilled nursing facility. I can tell you now that I'm so grateful. Everyone I've dealt with at Gentiva from the social workers, the aides, the chaplain & the nurses have been wonderful. They check in with my mom & communicate with updates on her care. I mean everyone! I find them all to be compassionate, supportive & honest and really help me & my family deal with a difficult situation. All have extended them... read more

I am very thankful for the help we have been receiving for my father in law through Gentiva Hospice. Specifically our nurse Blake and care giver Amanda have been excellent. They are reliable and don’t just do the work but also give respect and kindness to preserve the human dignity that we hope for in end of life hospice care. Thank you for your care and understanding in helping us through this awkward and stressful time.

Great aid: Kearia. Helps in so many ways. Wonderful, caring personality. Extremely knowledgeable. Jess and Shayn are great nurses. Right on it to make sure sure you are comfortable. Unfortunately there has been great turnover since I wrote my review. Almost all good workers have left. You must look at the terrible turnover of poor management. I no longer look at this company as a credible provider of services offered.
