I would like to personally thank Gentiva Hospice for the care and compassion my grandmother received. The staff were amazing even on days my grandma wasn’t in the mood. Her nurse Destynie Martz, her social worker Whitney Mallory, her CNA Rachel Flesher, her Chaplain Allison Jackson and her doctor Mazen Madhoun.
