I would recommend Gentiva Hospice to anyone who is in need of hospice. I was my mom's full time caregiver she had ALS. Hospice brought help and support for us both. Everyone was so supportive and caring. My mom passed away in Jan. And I still am so thankful for the kindness we were shown! They can do so much more comfort care for your loved one than a regular doctor. Everything was done at the house no more Dr trip that cause her more pain than it was often worth. This company is owned by the health insurance company Humana. I did not work for Gentiva but for one of their Hospice patients families! There was ALWAYS!!!! Problems getting supplies that are supposed to be provided and paid for by Hospice. However because of their budgets apparently they weekly would make excuses stating that the products were out of stock or back ordered. They’re contracted for medical supplies through McKesson which my dad is contracted with and uses for his pharmacies. So when they’d state the items wer... read more

My Aunt was in Woodland Height Memory care and Hospice.Zane was her Hospice nurse. She was the most compassionate caring person from the time I meet her. She communicated with me via phone and in person about everything. Zane made me feel so comfortable with my Aunts process of dieing. She even came in when she passed away. Zane needs to be recognized For the care she gives to her patients and my aunt Sarah Davis.
