Do not buy here. They do not do the guarantee inspection. They lie about it. Here's my proof.Good afternoon ******* this is ***** at *** LOWTH. . Sorry about the break situation. Looks like we did an oil change and then a quick visual inspection, but obviously they didn't inspect the brakes. If we would've done a break job, we just would've had to charged more for the vehicle. . Once again, my apologies. Take care. buyers beware. shady business practice. had to walk from a deal due to lies, going back on our negotiated price after we got our own lender and ext warranty, and trying to tax us over the 6.25% sales tax with an added VIT tax. they make all their money off of buyers using their "preferred lenders" that I promise you are not the best rates. after I got my own lender and ext warranty they refused to align the car before purchase. than said it was defective and going to auction. next day car is on the website again. **** used c... read more
I was treated very UNFAIRLY by one of the salespersons by the name CHERYLANN WAMBOLT. I made an appointment to test drive a ********** ********She new I was coming from **almost four hours away. While driving up for my appointment for over three and a half hours about half hour before reaching my destination, I get a phone call from her stating the the appointment needs to be cancelled because the vehicle has been sold. Sold me a car on Feb12th - the car went bad in June.- they kept my car for 1 month.- got my car back in July paid $750.00 Then it went bad again 2 weeks later paid $456.00 -2 weeks after that it cut off in traffic. -they did not have the inspection record.
Recently received my car back from here after dropping it off Monday for an oil change/flood inspection. Dealing with this team has been an absolute inconvenience. Specifically the service manager Alex and the advisor who did not listen to my request initially Norma. 1st I would like to mention that I needed my car inspected for flood damage and it was brought up 3 times before I received an “oops we missed it”. This business encourages customers to make a reservation, which I did, but they do not limit or manage the number of reservations allowed meaning if 2000 automobiles make a reservation, they expect their service staff to accommodate them and this is an absolutely unreal expectation. Further, if you voice a complaint about their processes, they ding their service staff for a situation THEY allowed to happen.
