Very disappointing experience. We paid in full several days before the scheduled delivery. When we called to discuss moving the delivery by about one hour due to circumstances outside our control, we were quoted different fees by different people. The numbers kept changing, which was frustrating and confusing. Afterward, the owner began demanding photos of our credit card and driver’s license through text message.
