I will never recommend anyone to Dan. Yes he does good work but he is a liar and he had my chairs that had been passed down to me from my fathers mother. And had them for over a year and they still never got done. It was one broken promise after another. Ended up picking them up not done just because I've had enough. I've cried. Working with this company was such a pleasant experience!! Dan made it an absolutely wonderful customer experience where I felt I wasn't talking to just some serviceman but someone who knew their trade and offered nothing but great answers to all of my questions. After dealing with many different uhpolsterers from all over Cleveland and surrounding cities I found Dan to be the best. I would not recommend this company to anyone. they have promised to repair a mess up they did on my rear jeep window since october. All I have received is a bunch of promises and the owner does not return phone calls. As of today his phone is unavailable to receive calls. What kind of business is that. I have reported this business to the BBB.

Although they do good work, the company doesn't return phone calls, makes false promises about completion dates, and doesn't show up when promised. If you hire them, get a written contract with a GUARANTEED COMPLETION DATE.;Otherwise, you will wait for MONTHS and never get satisfactory service.

The BEST Customer Service and Quality!!!!! – ABSOLUTELY AWESOME - service and quality! I called to inquire about upholstering 6 chairs on a Thursday afternoon, by Friday, the owner had stopped over to look at the chairs. He talked me through choosing fabric over the weekend and I gave him the chairs on Sunday. Cleveland's Finest Upholstery – Just got to say I had my antique channel back sofa recently done and it was flawless. It was one of my first times getting anything reupholstered and have to say I will definitely be doing it again very soon with this company. When I was talking to Dan (Owner) he really knew what he was talking about, not like those other upholsters who can't give you a straight answer, and trust me I looked around before I came here. REALLY! – Just had two antique wooden chairs done by this company superb work. These two chairs were works in progress they both needed a lot of work both needing wood work tightning actual staining and the upholstery was so bad that you could see the old horse hair. Just got to say there work is fantastic and there experience sets them above the rest he really made me feel like he knew what he was doing and once i got the pieces i knew what he was doing.

I find It unbelievable that he can get good reviews – I find it unbelievable that this comapny can still get good reviews. Yes, he has done good work. BUT I am STILL WAITING FOR MY FURNITURE ASFTER 4,yes FOUR YEARS. We ahve tried calling daily, hourly, offering to come and get the piece no matter if it is done or not, showing up at the shop. Nothing works. I'd be surprised if he didn't sell the piece and doesn't want to admit to it. I WOUDL NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE
